Program Description
By opting into the Loyal Acquisitions SMS Program, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages related to real estate opportunities, alerts, appointment reminders, service updates, follow-up notifications, promotional messages, and customer support communications. Message frequency varies based on user activity.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time.
Text “STOP” to 347-236-1336.
After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Loyal Acquisitions unless you choose to opt in again.
Rejoin Instructions
To rejoin the SMS program after unsubscribing, simply opt in again through any of our enrollment methods. You will then resume receiving messages from us.

Prohibited Content & T-Mobile Sev-0 Enforcement
Effective February 15, 2024, T-Mobile applies strict fines for prohibited messaging:
Tier 1 – $2,000:
Phishing, smishing, fraud, or social engineering attempts.
Tier 2 – $1,000:
Any illegal content (must be legal federally and in all 50 states).
Tier 3 – $500:
All other prohibited commercial messaging, including SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) sent without proper safeguards (e.g., age-gate).
Violations may result in restricted messaging, suspension from carrier networks, and fines passed through by HighLevel.
